The files here are in Matlab. The main file is called Calc_SNR_diff_parameters. This program calculates the optimal time intervals for derivative spectroscopy. The subfile is called min_SNR_Out_1. This function calls a Matlab minimzer to minimize the noise function. The noise function is given in the subfile min_Noise_Out_1. This function finds the noise, given a time interval.
